This policy explains what personal data Trisilar Pte. Ltd. collects when you use our websites and products, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

1. Who is responsible

TRISILAR PTE. LTD. (UEN 202528394R), registered in Singapore at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@trisilar.com for any privacy question, including the requests described in section 10.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), and the organisation name you give us.
  • Content you create — posts, schedules, uploads, records and settings you enter into a product.
  • Connected account data — when you link an external platform, the access tokens and the account identifiers and pages or channels you authorise. See section 4.
  • Billing information — plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Support messages — what you send us when you ask for help.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages viewed and error logs, collected to keep the service running and secure.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the product you signed up for and carry out the actions you ask for, such as publishing a scheduled post.
  • To authenticate you and keep accounts secure, including detecting abuse and fraud.
  • To take payment and send invoices and service notices.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To diagnose faults and improve reliability and features, using aggregated or minimal data wherever possible.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

4. Data from connected platforms

Some products let you connect an account you hold elsewhere — for example a social media page or a messaging or storage account — so the product can act for you.

  • We request only the permissions needed for the features you use.
  • We store the access token securely and use it solely to perform the actions you configured in the product.
  • Information we read back from a platform (such as whether a post published, or basic page details) is used to show you status inside the product.
  • We do not use data from a connected platform to build advertising profiles, and we do not pass it to other customers.
  • You can disconnect at any time inside the product or from the platform's own app settings. Disconnecting stops future access immediately; we then delete the stored token.

5. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the product); our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and improving it); your consent (where we ask for it, such as optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

  • cloud hosting and database providers that store the service data;
  • payment processors that handle transactions and card data;
  • email and messaging providers used to send service notices and support replies;
  • error monitoring and analytics tools used to keep the product working.

These providers act on our instructions under contract. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If our business is ever transferred to another company, we will give notice before personal data becomes subject to a different policy.

7. International transfers

We operate from Singapore and use providers whose infrastructure may be located in other countries. Where data moves across borders, we use providers that offer recognised safeguards and we require appropriate contractual protection.

8. How long we keep data

  • Account and content data: while your account is active, and for up to 30 days after closure so the account can be restored by request.
  • Access tokens for connected platforms: until you disconnect or close your account, then deleted.
  • Billing and tax records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Technical logs: typically up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.

9. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS encryption, store credentials only as hashes, restrict internal access to staff who need it, and keep systems patched and monitored. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • provide your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent you previously gave.

Write to support@trisilar.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Deleting your data

You can delete content inside the product at any time, or close your account from account settings. To have everything removed, email support@trisilar.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address registered to the account. We will confirm, disconnect any linked platforms, and delete your account data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.

12. Cookies

Our websites and products use cookies and similar storage that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session active and remember your preferences. Where we use analytics to understand how a product is used, we keep it limited to what helps us improve the service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the products may not work correctly without the necessary ones.

13. Children

Our products are built for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will give notice by email or inside the product before it takes effect.
